The Photoshoot Process

After the photoshoot, you can choose to make a selection of your favorite photos online. Conversely, I can also make that choice for you.
Afterwards, I will meticulously edit your photos and deliver you the high quality photos in a secure online gallery.
A photoshoot will typically last 2-4 hours, depending on the concept we have planned. My first job is make you feel comfortable infront of the camera. Trust me after a first couple of minutes, you will feel relaxed even if you never had a photoshoot before.
I am very result oriented and give my best to produce the most beautiful output. But I believe the process is atleast as much important to ensure we accomplish something great.
We will create a diverse portfolio of photos which would comprise of different looks, setups and even props.
I always have an introductory consultation call, usually virtually but can also be in person. During this chat, we discuss your vision and wishes in detail (feel free to go big or wild - the sky is your limit).
Based on our discussion, I will help you develop the idea or concept. You will also receive information from me regarding possible location options (for studios), My curated Guide for Personal Branding Photoshoot for style tips, posing etc. With my connection, I can find you stylists, and hair and makeup artists.
I will usually schedule a second call to finalize the details about the photoshoot.

The best place for a personal brand shoot depends on your brand personality, audience, and how you plan to use the images — but generally, you want a location that feels authentic to you and aligned with your business style.
For examples include your workspace (Co-working space with stylish interiors, your studio if you are an artist or designer), Elegant Studios, Lifestyle Locations (coffee shops, hotels), Outdoor Locations (Beach, Botanical Gardens etc.)
Are you ill or can't make it to the photoshoot? Then I'll apply my terms and conditions, which you'll receive with the quote I send you for the photoshoot.
In difficult situations, I always try to be as flexible as possible. I will always try to find a solution, but because we sometimes work with other suppliers, such as the make-up artist or the location, they may work with different conditions.

If I really can't make it due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll reschedule the shoot or I'll find a replacement. I always strive for a solution and will never cancel without good reason.
After the photoshoot and payment of the invoice, you will receive the photos in a secure online gallery.
In the online gallery, you can view the unedited photos and easily select the ones you want to be edited. After selecting them, I'll start working on the photos and upload the edited ones back to the online gallery.
The online gallery is password-protected and can be shared with others. From this gallery, you can download all the photos both in high resolution and web version. The photos remain online for 2 months, so you can download them by then.
You are free to use the photos. When you post them on social media, I would very much appreciate it if you mention my company name or my business Instagram account.
However, if the photos are published, for example, in an article or magazine, attribution is required.
Reselling the photos always needs to be done in consultation with me.
Post-processing of the photos (except cropping) is NOT permitted. I put a lot of time and effort into this, so if you have any specific requests, please contact me first.
